It's The People

To promote tourism to Sri Lanka, the Tourism Board invited me and 4 other creators/photographers (Åsa, Allan, Cha, and Nash) to capture the country as we saw it and share it with our audience.

As soon as I landed in Sri Lanka, I quickly decided that the angle that I wanted to focus on was the people. Sri Lanka has an abundance of beautiful landscapes, which I did capture! But being surrounded by professional landscape photographers, I wanted to focus on what I was truly good at. And for me that's approaching people and making friends. The people are what make Sri Lanka and its culture so compelling, and I wanted to capture these beautiful interactions and share how inviting they were with my audience. The campaign was delivered in the form of short videos (TikTok/reels), IG Stories, and photographs (IG posts).
